Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Moorimo (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and its members regarding the use of the emotion tracking and healing service Moorimo (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" refers to Moorimo and all related services available on various wired and wireless devices, including PCs and mobile terminals.
- "Member" refers to a customer who accesses the Company's Service, concludes a use contract with the Company according to these Terms, and uses the Service.
- "Moorimo Plus" refers to the subscription-based paid service provided by the Company.
Article 3 (Posting and Revision of Terms)
- The Company shall post the contents of these Terms on the initial screen of the Service, settings menu, or a separate linked screen so that Members can easily understand them.
- The Company may revise these Terms to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws.
Article 4 (Sign-up and Account)
- Users may register for the Service through the sign-up form provided by the Company or via social login (e.g., Google).
- Members must provide their own information and must not use the Service for fraudulent purposes, such as stealing others' information or registering false information.
Article 5 (Service Provision and Changes)

The Company provides the following services:
- Emotion tracking and analysis service
- Interaction with Moorimo characters (Blobs) and quest features
- Journal writing and viewing service
- Any other services the Company develops or provides through partnerships
- The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons.
Article 6 (Paid Services and Payments)
- The Company may provide paid services such as purchasing Hearts and Moorimo Plus subscriptions.
- When using In-App Purchases, the payment and refund policies of the respective open market provider (Google Play, App Store, etc.) shall apply.
- Refunds for unused paid items or subscription periods are generally restricted in cases of account suspension or withdrawal due to the Member's fault.
Article 7 (Member's Obligations)
Members shall not engage in the following acts:
- Registering false information upon application or change
- Stealing others' information
- Infringing on the Company's intellectual property rights or interfering with its business
Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)
- The Company is exempt from liability for service provision in cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters.
- The Company is not responsible for service usage obstacles caused by reasons attributable to the Member.
- The emotion analysis and quests provided by this Service do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Please consult a qualified professional if you need medical help.
Addendum
These Terms are effective from March 1, 2026.
In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and other language versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
