Delete Account

You can request the deletion of your Moorimo account and all associated personal data at any time.

1. Delete via Settings (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the Moorimo app:

  1. Open the Moorimo app.
  2. Go to the Settings menu.
  3. Scroll to the very bottom of the page.
  4. Tap on Delete Account and follow the confirmation prompts.

Note: Deletion via the app is instantaneous and permanent.

2. Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

Include: Your registered email address

Data Retention & Deletion

Once a deletion request is received via email, your account and all personal data (including emotion records, journals, and history) will be permanently deleted within 7 days.

Please note that some anonymized data or record-keeping data may be retained for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations or for legitimate business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
